Souris River Canoe Rentals and Shuttle Service

CanoeSki offers canoe rentals and shuttle service on the North and South Saskatchewan Rivers and north of Saskatoon up to Prince Albert National Park and south to the U.S. border. A shuttle involves transporting rental canoes & related equipment plus paddlers and their gear to a launch site and pick up after paddlers have completed their canoe trip.

The shuttle service applies mainly to river paddling. For example, a canoe trip on the North or South Saskatchewan River will encounter currents that can fluctuate daily, weekly, monthly and/or seasonally. They can vary from mild to very strong depending on the water volume. Except for short distances at lower water levels, it is only feasible (and enjoyable) to paddle downstream, which requires a shuttle between the upstream put-in and downstream take-out points.

For canoe rentals and shuttle rates, please connect to the Main Rentals Page under Canoe Trips, where you will also find additional information on river hazards & safety tips, river levels & flow rates, river guide maps, and other canoeing resources.
