A completed CanoeSki Registration Form with an accompanying deposit (to book your space on a canoe or ski trip) or full payment (in the case of courses) is required to confirm your participation in a CanoeSki program.
You should read through the Booking Conditions before completing the registration form, as it refers to standard terms and conditions you must agree to. For example, health and physical conditions/limitations that may affect your participation in a CanoeSki program must be specified on the registration form for safety reasons.
When a booking is received, we will send you a trip information package with detailed itinerary and related trip information, a personal packing list and an outdoor adventure waiver. In the case of courses, you will receive advice on meeting place, what to bring and a waiver.
The Registration Form can be printed or filled out and emailed, but payment must be either mailed with a personal cheque/money order or emailed via e-banking direct transfer. We are not able to accept credit or debit card payment.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to complete the registration form.
