Outfitting: |
Guides, Interpreters, food, and equipment supplied except for sleeping bag and pad, personal items and rain gear. |

Transportation: |
Passenger van, return from Saskatoon to canoe trip departure point included in tour cost. Floatplane charter, where applicable, also included. Credit available if you supply your own land transportation. |

Accommodation: |
A few programs offer cabin and hotel accommodation. All other programs supply modern quality, rainproof nylon tents. |

Tour Difficulty Rating: |
Most programs are suitable for beginners. Tours requiring previous experience are noted in the program description. Being physically fit will enhance your enjoyment of canoeing. |

Emergency Evacuation: |
If illness, injury, or safety requires your evacuation, you pay the cost of evacuation. |
|
Change of Itinerary: |
We reserve the right to alter itineraries, change routes, or cancel a tour if your safety or factors beyond our control make this necessary. |

Release Forms: |
Each participant must sign an outdoor adventure liability waiver and health confirmation form upon registration. |

Payment, Cancellation and |
Deposit of 25% of tour cost required to confirm booking. Balance due 60 days prior to departure. Cancellation of booking prior to 60 days before departure will result in a deposit refund less a $50. administration charge. Cancellation 59 - 30 days prior to departure will result in loss of 40% of tour cost; 29 - 15 days, loss of 75%; 14 days or less, loss of 100% of tour cost. If CanoeSki cancels a tour, we will refund all booking fees paid, which constitutes full settlement. There are no refunds for unused portions of the tour package after departure. |
